映像作家。2003年から2008年まで高山明主宰の Port B に参加し、映像や宣伝美術を担当する。2015年より河崎純主宰の音楽詩劇研究所に参加し、ロシア、アルメニア、トルコ、ウクライナ、カザフスタンなど国内外の公演を共同でプロデュース。美術家や音楽家、ダンサー、研究者らとコラボレーションすることが多く、ドキュメンタリー、ビデオインスタレーション、舞台作品の映像などフィールドやテーマにこだわらない活動を展開している。

Hideto Miyuki
Hideto Miyuki is a video artist. From 2003 to 2008, he participated in Akira Takayama’s theatre unit “Port B”, handling video art and graphic design. Since 2015, he has participated in “Jun Kawasaki, Music and Poetic Drama Laboratory”, co-producing performances both domestically and internationally, including in Russia, Armenia, Turkey, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
He frequently collaborates with artists, musicians, dancers, and researchers, pursuing activities that transcend specific fields or themes, encompassing documentary film, video installations, and the film for stage productions.

本企画はゼミでの制作活動として取り組んでいる。

● 15年の対話　語りの多声性と当事者性

2011年の大川小津波事故と翌年の京都の小学校プール事故。場所や背景は違いますが、それぞれの遺族が歩んできた道のりには深く通底するものがあります。
本イベントでは、当事者として語り続ける大川伝承の会共同代表の佐藤敏郎さんと、プール事故遺族の同行者である人類学者の石井美保さんが、15年と14年という歳月を経て語り合います。
これまでの歩みを振り返り、そしてここから先の未来をどう描くのか。多声的な「語り」の可能性を、皆さんと共に探りたいと思います。

ゲスト：佐藤敏郎

1963年、宮城県生まれ。元中学校教諭。2011年の東日本大震災により、石巻市立大川小学校6年生だった次女を亡くす。現在は「大川伝承の会」共同代表として、語り部活動や全国での防災講演に尽力。遺族としての葛藤を抱えながらも、教育現場の視点と被災体験を融合させた「対話」を通じて、悲劇を繰り返さないための学校防災のあり方を問い続けている。

ゲスト：石井美保

文化人類学者。これまでタンザニア、ガーナ、インドで長期調査を行い、近年は沖縄と台湾にもフィールドを広げている。著書に『環世界の人類学』（京都大学学術出版会）、『めぐりながれるものの人類学』『たまふりの人類学』（いずれも青土社）、『遠い声をさがして』（岩波書店）、『裏庭のまぼろし』（亜紀書房）など。現在、京都大学人文科学研究所教授。

● Beyond 15 Years: Polyphony and Ownership in Telling the Story of Okawa Elementary

Though the contexts differ—the 2011 Okawa Elementary tsunami and the 2012 Kyoto school pool accident—the journeys of the bereaved families share a profound resonance.
This event brings together Toshiro Sato (Co-representative of the Okawa Densho-no-Kai), who continues to speak as an affected party, and Miho Ishii (Anthropologist), an advocate for the Kyoto bereaved families. Reflecting on 14 and 15 years of endurance, they will discuss how we navigate the past to envision the future.
Together, we will explore the polyphony of narratives and the possibilities of "speakability" in the face of tragedy.

Guest : Toshiro Sato

Born in Miyagi in 1963; former junior high school teacher. He lost his daughter, a sixth-grader at Okawa Elementary School, in the 2011 tsunami. Currently, as a representative of Okawa Densho-no-Kai, he dedicates himself to storytelling and disaster prevention nationwide. Integrating his background as an educator with his experience as a bereaved parent, he advocates for school safety through "dialogue" to ensure such tragedies are never repeated.

Guest : Miho Ishii

Miho Ishii is a professor of cultural anthropology at Kyoto University. Her current research focuses on the relationship between spirit worship and environmental movements in southern India and the oral history of the Battle of Okinawa in Japan. Her publications include Modernity and Spirit Worship in India: An Anthropology of the Umwelt (Routledge, 2020); 'The Code of Pangolins: Interspecies Ethics in the Face of SARS-CoV-2' (Current Anthropology, 2021); and Nature, Disaster, and Animism in Japan: Anima Philosophica (edited with Tatsushi Fujihara, Bloomsbury, 2025).
